I Don't Accept What You Said, How Can I Be Angered?

Once upon a time when Buddha is still around,
there was this unhappy and angry guy walks to Buddha.
He got a lot of dissatisfaction and scold Buddha...
Pili pala pili pala~~~~
He scolds and scolds and scolds.
Buddha just watched him scolding...
until he got nothing to scold anymore... he stopped.

Buddha just replied, "Okay" with a smile.
That man was surprised that he didn't anger Buddha at all.
So he asked, "I scold you till like that, why you are not angered at all?"
"Why? I wanna know why!"

Buddha just smiled and replied,
"I don't accept what you said and complain at all, how can I be angered?"

The Wise One, Buddha just treated the man like a kid,
If we as an adult... when a kid scold us and talk kiddie,
Will we be angered by them? No right? (I think I will stuck the kid in the toilet bowl)
There's a lot of moral values to be learned from this story.

But my version, the moral that I prefer to gain from this story is...
"If I don't want to let others controlled my emotions, treat them as nothing. You will not feel anything, anymore no matter what they did to you."
