by *tamara*5.45am 26th September... After living for 14 years and a month... my favourite German Sherperd, Steffie had passed away... She had been a faithful companion in my family and played her role as a Dog well.
I'm sad because of her departure but in the meantime, i'm glad that she departed peacefully. It's just like falling into eternal sleep for her. Yesterday, she walked around the garden and had her favourite meal, Chicken.
I watched the whole departure... She just lie on the floor, not moving... Juz breathing... Slowly, she was unable to breathe... Slowly she stopped breathing and slowly her heart stop beating...
Hope she will meet her ex-owner Rina and her best friend, Luilui, who had passed away few years back... And hope she will reborn as a human being in her next life...

It's sad when you see your favorite pet die. But like everybody else it's a part of life that can't be avoided.
ReplyDeleteI have a mongrel dog who's about 16 years old now. I'm not sure but it's showing no signs of dying at least until for today.
