Might Be Better Than Counting Sheeps.

Alpha state:
A specific frequency (between 7 and 12 Hz.) at which the brain operates during a certain state of consciousness. It is between Beta (normal waking) and Delta (normal sleeping).

Need simpler explanation? It's something like when you are in trance, or meditating. Have you ever sleep, and yet, still aware of your surrounding... Like the sound of the fan, changes of temperature... A little noise will wake you up from your sleep. Like Alert mode.

Means > half sleep half awake.

I read from an article, that says, if you happen to be in Alpha state for 15 minutes, it's equivalent to one (1) hour of sound sleep.

Maybe i have a lot of rubbish cluttering my mind. It's been quite sometime since i could get myself in trance mode by meditation. Yesterday, while trying to get into sleep... i found that i gotten into trance mode without knowing it.

How i did it yesternight?

Well, i imagined someone asking me why i like/love her. Then, i listed one by one... the next thing i know, i already floated into trance mode (after i woke up with the first sound of alarm). Interested to know what i listed =.=? It's for me to know, and hope that someday she'll hear and know it. Of course it's not lame answers such as "You are good"(wide adjective), "You are pretty" (lame), "There's not reason behind" (SUPER LAME!), etc...

Oh, you can try that. I'll try again tonight and see whether it's proven or not. By the way, it works for Enriched Emotions Guy/Girl or Kan Ching Fong Fu De Nan/Nu Ren ONLY.

To let all thing flies thru but let it go, is not easy actually. Need practice and skills. Or i guess your mind is much simpler :p
