Seriously Confusing Bank

How a Seriously Confusing Bank which is run by a group of Seriously Confusing Bitches who Suka Cakap Bohong and a group of Seriously Confusing Bastards who Siao Chee Bye manage their organization?

They'll motivate you by;
  • Keep telling you how many people they wanna retrench.
  • Telling you how useless you are.
  • Making new policy that make it harder for you to do business.
  • Telling you new policy that make it easier, than tell you it's canceled two days later.
  • Asking you what you need from them to make work better, you tell them... and one year later, they'll ask you the same questions and you'll tell them the same thing over and over again.
  • Announce good NON-SALES staff benefits to SALES staff and ask SALES staff to be glad and happy and thank them.

They'll motivate you also by,

You submit all sales, they tell you, "Why submit such things?! No quality!"
You filter and submit only good sales, they tell you, "Why no sales?! Not working is it?!"

And they had meeting which discuss quality issues such as, "Our sales staff keep leaving to other banks" and they asked quality questions such as, "Those sales staff got problem is it?" and the quality conclusion of the meeting will be, "We manage so well! Must be all those sales staff got problems!"

When sales drop, the GM will ask, "Why sales drop? Tell me!"
If you;
No reply... GM will say, "Why no answers!? Please reply?!"
You start to say something... GM will say, "Don't give me reasons!"
