The Early Morning of Labour Day

Tiring week...
But not as productive as I want it to be yet.
Paper works compiling and I headache just to think of it.
Need to set aside some time to do everything.
Labour Day, but need to arrive at office at 8.30 later.

Friday, going to Ipoh in the afternoon to celebrate grandma's birthday.
Doing big dinner I think,
sponsored by my eldest uncle.

Nowadays I got nothing much to talk about.
Nothing funny, nothing entertaining...

Today my manager done a personality review
with a test... DISC Personality test.

Self-image is... High dominance (need to be right), low influence (not so friendly) but still steady and still follow rules.

During working time... Low dominance (not so stubborn and more lenient), high influence (talks alot) and still follow the rules.

Lastly, my behaviour when under pressure... very high dominance (totally not available for negotiation and reasoning), super low influence (because I no longer reasons, I don't want to talk or be nice anymore) but still following rules.

Kinda interesting... Quite accurate =D
