So i check it out and find it in the useful-all-the-time Google.
After read through, it's an online habit tracker. All you need to do is Sign Up, Add the Goals, and Ta-Da~ You can start tracking your daily progress.
You can add in Good Habit and Bad Habit.
For example, you know you need to exercise to keep your fat in control. (Mine is to expand my lifespan a few seconds.)
So you add "Exercise", a Positive one.
Then you want to keep track of your bad habit, such as "Smoke".
So you add it as a Negative one.
Everyday you'll need to log in and just tick what you had did.
You can also show it in graph form, and put it in your blog or website.
