I bet you guys know that Penang Times Square is under construction and it'll be the centre of the Penang Island. So beautiful. I'd went to Ivory Homes website to get some picture to let you all see the look of the project.<<< Penang Time Squares. Contain four building blocks. [anti-clockwise] The right green building is The Birch Plaza (Residential), the next one to the left is Birch Regency (also Residential), to the left again is for Hotel and Office (phase 3) and the bottom one is covered street and retail shop (phase 4). Maybe i can open a shop at phase 4 in the future.

I can take monorail at USM later in the future, i think it'll be so much fun :D But i don't think it'll be so soon coz the Government tend to do things so slow. I read in the Government's website that the monorail project will be done on end year 2004 but i just read in the newspaper that they signed the "OK" paper last year =.=
Anyway, although i don't like our Government (their efficiency... Tunku Mahatir is still the best!) but it's good to see that our country ESPECIALLY Penang is developing. :D
If this happens... It won't be soon.. I give them 20 years later only have LRY in Penang... The people who runs penang sux! no election, nobody! Got election, they are everywhere! Coz u know why? It's because they drink too many many kopi money... and all politician is FAT!
