I heard this from South Park...
Chef advising the kids about taking Drugs.
Chef said,
"Drugs are bad. You kids aren't suppose to take drugs. Because...........................
There are timing for everything and time for drugs and that time is College!"
He mean it's okay to take drugs in college =.= What the heck?
