That's It? A Small Success for Today =)

Have ever thinking of doing something or achieving something but never do it? Bcoz you feel that it's so hard or seems impossible or you plan to do it 'tomorrow'?

I just done something very hard just now. At first, it was a hell for me not to smoke at all after i woke up from sleep. I'd always thinking, wouldn't it be nice if i take one puff? Just one puff... It's so hard to fight against habits. Habits that i'd been doing for years.

Today, i successfully do something that i'd planned yesterday. Today is the first day of my new life without cigarettes. Now i'm thinking of the benefits and feelings of not smoking.

Just wanna say, "When u try something and feel like stopping half-way... Tell yourself, 'I'd come this far, why quit now?"

No big deal today. I'll continue to control myself and find ways to healthy life :)
